By purchasing a Super Popper Pass, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

The Super Popper Pass is a fundraiser benefiting the Del Mar Home & School Club, with all proceeds directly supporting programs and enrichment opportunities for students at Del Mar Elementary School. Because this is a charitable fundraiser, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued for any reason after purchase.

The purchase price of the Super Popper Pass will decrease as the school year progresses. Pop & Pop is offered on Fridays at dismissal and is weather permitting. In the event Pop & Pop is cancelled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, no refunds, credits, or make-up treats will be provided.

Card Member Terms and Conditions: This pass must be presented at the Pop & Pop stand to redeem your treat. Cardholder names will be verified against our VIP membership list. This pass is non-transferable and may only be used by the student named on the card. Valid for two items at Pop&Pop. Super poppers can choose: one (1) popcorn and one (1) popsicle OR two (2) popsicles OR two (2) popcorn each Friday during Pop & Pop, beginning at 1:10 PM, while supplies last and weather permitting. No refunds or replacements for lost, stolen, or unused passes. All proceeds support the Del Mar Home & School Club and help fund programs for our students.

Once your purchase is complete, a personalized Super Popper Pass will be created with your student's name, laminated, and delivered to their classroom teacher before the next scheduled Pop & Pop.
